I am very excited to be able to share more of what God is doing in my life and in the lives around me. I am a California native who is passionate about seeing God move in the lives of those who are around me. I have a passion for seeing the body of Christ enter into His presence during times of worship and to see the callings God has placed on their hearts played out.
In 2014 I decided to go on the World Race, in 2015 I left home for 11 uncertain months on the World Race, and in 2016 I will be leaving home (California) once again to move to Gainesville, Georgia for eight months to be a part of the CGA family.
The World Race rocked my world and Jesus transformed me in the most incredible places in the world. I can not believe that I am still standing. He showed me what love really looked like and how to love myself and how to love those around me. I learned about what community should really look like and that hiding from your community will hinder both you and those around you. I learned that I had something to offer the kingdom of God and that my opinion mattered.
Around the middle of my race in Estonia, God changed the face of everything that I believed about the power of God and His Spirit. Everything that I thought was real was turned upside down. I saw miracles happen thought my prayers and my hands, I saw radical love, and I started to buy into community. I was seeing the lives around me transformed by prayer and love and I loved it!
It was then that the Lord gave me a passion for community and the vision to see a way to make that happen in America. I want to take the community that I experienced on the race and bring that to communities all over America. I want to see the body of Christ explode with love and I want to see that same love extended to the ends of the earth. I want to see nations fall on their knees at the glory of God. I am wildly passionate about bringing the gospel to nations that most wouldn’t dare to step food in. God has made it clear that this vision must start on American soil and that I need more equipping and more time to explore the gifts that he has given me in worship and leadership.
That is where CGA comes into play for me. CGA is giving me an opportunity to grow in my leadership and worship leading so that I can start something new in the US and beyond. All while living in community. Yes, its PERFECT for me!! All of the things my heart desires all in one program.
